Battlefield 1 Hacked Open, Secrets Come Out
EA held a closed alpha for Battlefield 1 a few weeks ago, and though it has long since ended, it’s the gift that keeps on giving. The data in that alpha has been hacked open, and here are the secrets discovered within….
Battlefield 1’s single-player campaign will consist of 20 chapters making up seven episodes (this includes the prologue and epilogue). There will be over 30 weapons, ranging from handguns to tankers, boats, “behemoth weapons,” and “cavalry weapons.” The usual number of gadgets such as mines and grenades are present.
If you have data on your console from a past Battlefield game, you’ll be rewarded for your loyalty. Special dog tags will be given to players who’ve already completed “The Road to Battlefield 1” missions in Battlefield 4 or Battlefield Hardline. You’ll also get special dog tags simply for having played a previous Battlefield game or attended a Battlefield 1 event, or for participating in the closed alpha or open beta.
All this new info appeared on Reddit courtesy of someone named Lobix, along with this message: “EA & DICE, I’m sorry <3.” Well, as long as he apologized.
