Season 4 – Be a Marvel Hero in Fortnite Absolute Doom
On August 15, Fortnite Battle Royale launched its new Chapter 5 Season 4 upgrade. Dubbed Absolute Doom, the season is built around Marvel’s most popular heroes. Come, says Epic Games, become a superhero and help us face the impending disaster that comes from arch-enemy – Doom.
In a new blog post introducing the Season 4 gameplay trailer, the studio declared.
Wielding the ancient power of Pandora’s Box, Marvel’s armored despot Doctor Doom has transplanted his Latvarian domain to the Battle Royale Island and seized a foothold with his army of loyal henchmen. Once his empowered armor is complete, he’ll reap total control. Doctor Doom and his lieutenants must be defeated! Whatever it takes.
Season 4 Release Trailer in Absolute Doom
The storyline in Chapter 5 Season 4 brings out a suite of Marvel heroes as the collaborations serve a new year. In the first round of defense, not all the heroes will fight. According to the blog post “Marvel’s War Machine, Gwenpool, and the Wakandan royal Shuri join Captain Jones and Peelverine as first on the scene to defend against Doctor Doom and his forces.”
The blog explains the urgent need for support as the enemy led by doom is overwhelming. “They’ll need all the help they can get! Suit up for Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 5 Season 4: Absolute Doom!”
However, the danger is not that simple. Doom is empowered by the magic of Pandora’s Box and has established several strongholds across the Fortnite map. Eliminating these outposts requires every single soldier to field. The post puts it this way:
